„If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment.“

„Stayed with my large extended family. This a place is very practical for the bedrooms and bathrooms and how close it is to London, Windsor castle, the highway and Lego land (which we didn’t go to). The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars. „Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix ...

„We were very disappointed. The house was very dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, even in the kitchen cupboards. The flush of the toilet worked only sometimes. Very unaapetizung with five people. Never again!“

We also packed light, so the washer was utilized as well. It was advertised that there was a dryer as well, but we could not see a way to dry the clothes and found it was just a washer, not a washer/dryer combo. „Other than the rude guests that started making food or doing laundry at midnight, it was pretty good. Our room went through the living room and kitchen. And the other guests would come to use the areas late at night and start making noise which was quite loud for us considering our room was attached with the living room. The property itself is actually quite good. “

It is directly behind the high street, with the local pubs, tea shop, restaurants and shops a brief walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
