Letzte Option
Die allgemeine Ausstattung des Hotels ist alt und abgewirtschaftet. Der Pool ist kalt und die Außendusche nur mit Badeschuhen begehbar, da voll mit Moos. Das Frühstück war, auch wenn es National sein soll, sehr einfach ohne große und vor allem abwechselnde Brot- oder Wurstsorten. Die Reinigung und das Bettenmachen waren weniger als oberflächlich. Die Klimaanlage war funktional. Es gab keine Minibar. Es gibt täglich einen Wochen- bzw. Krämermarkt. Man kann auch Fahrräder oder eines für 4 Personen mieten. Die Auswahl der Restaurants ist begrenzt.

Günstiges Hotel nahe am ruhigen Strand
Beim Check-In war die Rezeptionistin etwas wortkarg. Wann gibt es Frühstück? Wie ist das mit den Strandliegen? Wie mit den Fahrrädern? Nichts wurde einem von sich aus erzählt, nach allem mußte man fragen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Im Bad war an der Decke ein Wasserschaden. Die Klimaanlage hat kaum gekühlt, dazu gleich mehr. Es gab kein deutsches Fernsehen. Internet ging nur für Web und eMails. Instant-Messager, VoIP und alles andere war aktiv gesperrt! Das Hotel ist günstig zum Strand gelegen, man geht 400 m aus dem Hotel-Ausgang schnurstracks geradeaus und ist direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist sehr schön und nie überfüllt, auch zu vermeindlichen Stoßzeiten. Der Weg zum Strand führt durch einen Wald mit stehenden Gewässern. Hier ist die Brutstätte einer Stechmücken-Armee, welche ab ca. 18 Uhr über die ganze Gegend herfällt! Wenn man zu spät zum Hotel zurückgeht, dann sammelt man auf dem kurzen Stück gut 10-20 Stiche auf. Abends kann man sich praktisch nicht in dem Ort bewegen ohne in Autan gebadet zu haben. Die Mücken sind dann überall, auch in den 2-3 "Restaurants". Wir haben dann von den Einheimischen den Tipp bekommen, dass bloß kühle Räume helfen. Also haben wir versucht unser Hotelzimmer zu kühlen. Leider funktioniert die Klima dort so schlecht, dass sie rund um die Uhr laufen muss, um vielleicht so die 24°C zu halten. Dabei macht sie einen unglaublichen Lärm, dass an schlafen nicht zu denken ist. Also entweder zerstochen werden oder vor Lärm nicht schlafen.

Kultur und Erholung
Auch für eine Städtereise (18./19.9.2012) ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Die Lage dafür ist ausgezeichnet, da man mit dem Bus (Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus) in einer halben Stunde am Bahnhof in Ravenna ist. Nach Rückkehr kann man dann noch die ca. 250 m durch den Pinienwald zum Strand gehen oder fahren und ins Meer springen. Das Zimmer war groß, das Mobilar in gutem Zustand. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Stanza ben pulita e buona con ampia scelta la colazione. Bel posticino dove mangiare a fianco con cose buone e prezzo onesto. Stanze poco isolate dal punto di vista del rumore ma nel complesso la zona è tranquilla. Bella pineta a ridosso del mare. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

The hotel is a little dated but it’s clean, conveniently located near the cruise port and the staff are great. They were able to arrange taxis for our group of 8 to the cruise port and allowed us to store our luggage on-site while we waited for our noon checkin for our cruise. The lady who works in the dining room for breakfast was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure the teenagers travelling with us got something they liked and that that my 70 year old mother could find the coffee station :) I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was a perfect location to walk around the city. Easy stop on the water taxi to get to and from. The hotel staff was so great to ask questions and offer suggestions.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely return. The restaurant has many delicious options for everyone and the staff are super helpful. The facilities are clean and the rooms have air conditioning.

Mi sono trovato malissimo non tanto con l’Hotel che si sono comportati benissimo e mi hanno trovato altra struttura ma con voi di Expidia. Dopo il mio addebito da parte vs L’hotel non ha trovato ne la mia prenotazione ne l’accredito dell’importo. L’hotel era al completo quindi non mi ha nemmeno restituito l’importo pagato a voi.

Gentilissimo Claudio,purtroppo questa recensione negativa va a danneggiare esclusivamente l'hotel e non Expedia. E' un voto negativo che Lei dà all'hotel Columbia. Lei ha prenotato la notte del 9/11, ma si è presentato non il 9 ma il 10/11. Se avessimo avuto camere libere avremmo potuto ospitarla ugualmente nonostante il suo errore di prenotazione, ma l'hotel era al completo e non c'era nessuna camera disponibile. Abbiamo solo potuto aiutarla a trovare posto altrove. Potrebbe gentilmente rivalutare il suo voto, la sua recensione, ed eventualmente recensire negativamente Expedia su altre piattaforme di recensioni?Grazie e buona giornata
