Schönes Hotel direkt am Hafen
Wir hatten einen Superior Room mit Meersicht gebucht. Die Receptionistin brachte uns weg vom Meer in ein Nebengebäude. Das Zimmer hatte eine grosse Palme vor dem Fenster und keinerlei Aussicht. Wir protestierten sofort und wurden nach ca. 10 Minuten Abklärung ohne geringste Entschuldigung in ein schönes Zimmer im Hauptgebäude direkt an der Waterfront gebracht. Später haben wir ein Paar kennengelernt das nach uns angekommen ist und in unserem Palmenzimmer einquartiert wurde, obwohl sie ebenfalls einen Superior Room gebucht hatten. Sie mussten allerdings bleiben, da kein Superior Room zu Verfügung stand. Diese Zimmerkategorie war also offensichtlich überbucht. Allgemein stellten wir während dem ganzen Aufenthalt eine mangelnde Freundlichkeit im Management und Personal fest. Man hat teilweise das Gefühl, als Gast nicht willkommen zu sein. Als Folge davon haben wir auch nur einmal in ihrem Restaurant gegessen. Zum Glück gibts im Hafen noch zwei unabhängige Restaurants. Ausserdem gibts in ca. 10 Minuten Marsch entlang der Hauptstrasse das hervorragende Restaurant Driftwood!

The pool area was a bit unloved. Broken sunbeds, leaves in the pool etc. The staff are nice, the rooms are sufficient. The rooms are expensive but cheaper than some in the area. Cafe and restaurant are reasonably priced.

Spent one night connecting through to Bequia. This hotel/marina has everything you need. Restaurants (dinner and breakfast), a huge store for supplies and lovely clean rooms with great views of the harbor and docks.

Great little place right on the marina where we began and ended our week long charter trip island hopping. Great food and cappuccinos. There is a also a little market that a bunch of random items like wine and liquor and fresh made empanadas. bathing suits and t-shirts. Pool was really lovely and secluded with flora all around. Highly recommended!

Besides a bit of mold in the rooms shower and the pool not functioning property making the water murky. This is a very comfortable boutique style hotel located directly on the waterfront. Only tried and kept returning to the beach restaurant which had a great sunset excellent food and service. We definitely return to this hotel.

Cancelled more than 24 hours before check-in because of Death in Family, and they did not want to refund anything. Management did not want to do anything, nor Expedia. No humans behind this hotel and Expedia, money is the only thing important, and they don't care that we had to cancel to fly earlier for Death in family. Very sad business approach.

The property is relatively new and in excellent condition. We stayed in the least expensive room available -- "Pool View" (room 28) which has no view of anything due to massive vegetation a few feet from the balcony literally blocking the view completely. But it was quiet. We counted forty steps that had to be climbed to reach the room. Bell person carried our bags both on arrival and (by arrangement) and departure. Staff was consistently professional, helpful and competent at all levels -- especially in the restaurant.

For such a pricey place I expected more.. the pool was dirty. So was the compound.. my bed linen was wet like it was taken out the dryer too quickly. Couldn't get room service as they were too busy. P.S. I had a sleeping kid so I couldn't leave my room. I am very disappointed in the level of service and cleanliness. Won't be back.

I rented room 22 with 2 queen size beds located on the top of the hill next to the pool. The room was amazing. Very clean. Excellent A\c. The staff was amazing. Security was on staff very friendly. Cleaning staff did an excellent job with towel replacement and making sure your room was in excellent condition. The only thing ...mosquitos ( I recommend bringing with you peppermint oil or avon skin so soft spray) staff was always smile...very happy...welcoming...I highly recommend this hotel because of the staff and the beautiful views.
