We chose Mainstay because they had shuttle from the airport and they included a breakfast all of those which we need while traveling without our car. In the morning we went for breakfast and they told us they weren’t doing breakfast. They had no options and there were no restaurants close by. They told us to go to the Hotel next-door they serve breakfast. We went there expecting to pay for a restaurant, they did not serve breakfast and their restaurant wasn’t open till 11. Very disappointing.

The hallways smelled liked marajuana multiple times. One morning was so overwhelming it made us sick before being able to get outside. The doors are extremely noisy. We were woken early every morning due to slamming doors.

Stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was quiet with friendly staff. Breakfast was poor, lacking in options, milk smelled funny, hard-boiled eggs were old, no decaf coffee. Overall nice if you are not looking for breakfast.

I checked in on Thursday. I was told I could not have housekeeping till Monday, even though I was checking out Tuesday. While the front desk was very friendly, I had to empty the trash, get fresh towels, coffee, trash bags, ect.. for my entire stay. I saw no point in housekeeping coning to change sheets for ONE day only to have to change them the following day for the next guest, instead of offering me some type of housekeeping over the duration of my stay. The bathroom fan continually ran. The exterior doors required a key card for entry for safety, but they were unlocked and did not require a key card. It was unsafe. Breakfast was stale bagels, instant oatmeal, or dry cearel. One of the six days there was yogurt. Most days there wasn't even coffee. There was no fresh fruit or any other quality choices. There are many other hotels in the area at the same price point that offer a quiet room, housekeeping, safety, and a true hot breakfast.

This was our second time at this hotel. Nothing spectacular but it was overall a good stay. Clean, safe hotel overall. Extra pillows and blankets would be nice -especially with the pull out sofas!

I was first assgined to a room that could be opened without a key, secondly assigned to a room still occupied by someone, and lastly assigned to a room with in general fine condition, but the bed seemed not cleaned thoroughly, my back had a nickle size bump bit by a bug , the bump did not go away unti one week after inchecked out.

The staff were helpful and friendly, room and property clean. Our only issues were no regular coffee in breakfast area, only decaf, but they did have regular for Keurig in room. A full breakfast would have been nice but we knew it was continental going in. Would stay there again.

They didn’t empty our trash or bring new towels. When we called about this they said they only do this on mondays and that there was a big garbage can in hallway and we could come get our own towels. The breakfast was terrible will two options and when we got down there at 7 am pretty much everything was gone. The pool was not heated and very cold and no towels in the pool area to fry off with so we had to go get some from the desk. Was not satisfied at all with my stay especially for the prices I paid. Would not stay again

Know what to expect
Our hotel "shuttle service" arrived 45 minutes after we called to let them know we were at the airport. It was a minivan that smelled of cigarette smoke. The breakfast is so minimal. No hot food. Bagels, white bread, cups of oatmeal, cereal, and hard boiled eggs we're the only consistent foods. The bed wasn't bad. There place was clean.
