On initial entry, found lotion already partially used sitting on sink and hair around toilet. Footprints ?? on headboard. TV remote didn't work. No back on remote, batteries taped in. Complained, given new remote, but I had to program it myself ???. Was told they would clean first thing in a.m. We were gone during day, on return, nothing had been cleaned, no new towels, nothing. Complained at desk, was given stack of towels, but they were not going to clean room still. Then found a hole in the tub, and I don't mean the drain. I have photos. Fiberglass tub is cracked in several places and split open on one side! They would do nothing about any of this. They DID say they would be willing to clean the room the next morning after we checked out. They were willing to clean AFTER we checked out! Makes me wonder if sheets were even changed, since they were going out of their way to clean AFTER we were leaving. Contacted Expedia. They called hotel, then called me back. Told me since hotel didn't want to do anything, there was nothing they could do. I was shocked that Expedia allowed all this, as it has to be a health violation at least. I have photos of this.When I asked for a copy of bill the night before so I would have receipt to discuss with Expedia, they accidentally gave me the sheet that shows they paid Expedia about $80 for their referral to their hotel. Makes it easier to understand why expedia didn't do anything. Obviously staying away from Econo Lodge chain!
