Just a mile from beautiful Sheridan Lake, this cozy 1-bedroom retreat is your Black Hills basecamp. Nestled in the pines above a quiet hillside meadow, it blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, coffee on the patio, or grilling under the stars. Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting space with a full kitchen, comfy lounge, and peaceful bedroom. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone chasing adventure (or trout).

You will have full access to the entire house during your stay. The garage is not acceesible by anyone except the owner.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

This is a standalone Guest house. On the rear of the house is the larger main house. They share a driveway but nothing else. Both houses have a designated parking area. The garage underneath the guest house is only accessible by the owner.
House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, the guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge plus the cost to have the house remediated by a professional cleaning company.

Up to two dogs are allowed by pre-approval only.

Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am.

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is good for 4 people. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay. If guests are found to be having/had a party without the host's permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs, intoxicated, or acting in a manner that is dangerous to others or the property of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
