Wake up every morning and enjoy the breathtaking views of Rangeley Lake cozied up by the fire or outside on the wrap around deck. 5 min walk to Rangeley Lake, 2 min walk to Mingo Spring golf course, 5 min drive to downtown Rangeley, 15 min to Saddleback and 30min to Sugarloaf. Enjoy the shared lake access, take the kayaks out for a paddle on the lake play a round of golf. In the winter take to nearby trails in your snowmobiles and ice fishing on the lake. There's something for all 4 seasons!

A classic Maine camp with views of Rangeley Lake renovated into a custom wood craftsman lakeside escape. Located in a quiet neighborhood 5 min from downtown Classic Maine camp with views of Rangeley Lake turned into a custom wood craftsman lakeside escape. Located in a quiet neighborhood 5 min from downtown Rangeley and 10 min from Oquossoc this house is ideal for a family getaway. The house offers a wrap around deck with ample lake and mountain views. 4 bedroom and 2 bath house, each of the three queen beds has a dual control heated mattress pad for those cold winter nights. In the main floor bathroom is the stack washer & dryer. There is a pack & play available for use.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full house minus a locked storage room. The garage is off limits to guests. For electric vehicles there is an outlet on the outside of the garage. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to use this (there is no additional charge for this feature).

Guests will have access to the gated shared association dock space, a 5min walk from the house. It is a downhill walk to the lake with an uphill walk back to the house. This is a shared space with the rest of the neighborhood, but it is generally peaceful and quiet. We often have the space to ourselves. Guests will have use of the dock, swimming dock, picnic tables, and adirondack chairs. There is a boat basin that is off limits, but if you launch a boat in the lake, you can load and unload at the dock. In the winter this space can be used for snowmobile lake access.

Two adult kayaks provided for guests in season, generally Memorial Day through Columbus Day. These hang on the side of the garage, not down at the lake so that they remain private use for our guests.

Guests will have access to the indoor fireplace with firewood provided as well as the outdoor propane grill, propane firepit, and wood fire chimney. Two propane tanks are provided.

Other things to note
The walk to the shared water access is all downhill from the house, so expect an uphill walk on the way back. There is no boat launch access, but the public boat launch in Rangeley can be utilized. The lake access point can also be used for lake snowmobile access in the winter.

In the winter Mingo Springs golf course (just a walk up the road) is a great place to go sledding!

There is a studio apartment over the detached garage up the hill that can also be rented if you are looking for additional space. The studio apartment is available for short term rental or for our personal use and sleeps a max of 3.

The location was awesome! Central to everything. The first floor was beautifully updated and comfortable and the basement held 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The beds were really comfortable, the nice big windows in the basement were nice. The house was exceptionally stocked, they had everything you could have wanted and more! The kitchen was a little light in some of the less common, cooking needs, but we made do and hardly something to note. The walk down/up to the water wasn’t feasible for our 3 year old so there was a lot of car shuffling to and fro, but once you were down on the dock, it was fine! Really nice waterfront, just be prepared for a hike back up! Overall, it was a really nice stay, fun was had by all.

My family and I take a trip every winter to a cabin, to get away from it all and just focus on what’s important. This home was a spectacular location to share those memories. We had a great time at this house for a 3-day weekend with 4 adults and 4 kids, ages 11-15. We cooked a bunch and found the kitchen to be better-equipped than most rental houses. The communication and check in were very easy. Views from the upper floor are great. Only suggestions would be to add more seating in the living room and renters should know that the floors and walls are thin as this is a renovated (beautifully) camp house.

Wildlife paradise

Excellent location for quiet get away. Golf course was in walking distance as well as the lake dock. The deer were everywhere and walked through the backyard. While we hoped to see a moose we didn’t but the conditions were excellent in the area. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home in Rangeley

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful home by Rangeley Lake. The house was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hike to and from the lake is steep, but our kids didn’t mind it at all! We often had the shared dock to ourselves and our kids had a blast jumping off the raft and using the kayak. The hosts thought of everything you might need. Kids life jackets would be the only thing to add - we brought our own so it was no problem. We loved the town of Rangeley, charming little lake town with shops, restaurants and beautiful mountains all around. All in all, we’d highly recommend this rental!

Great place

There is great attention to detail. The linens, blankets and towels were all so nice. The kitchen is well stocked with nice dishes and everything needed for cooking, all is good shape. A walk to the lake gets you exercise and there is a dock with benches and a place to swim. The view from the house is beautiful. Thank you!!

Great location and beautiful house!

We really enjoyed our time at this property! It was easy to access, well maintained, well stocked, and clean. We had 3 children under 4 with us, and all had a great time playing in the big living room. One thing to note is they don't advise drinking the well water, so you will need to bring/purchase drinking water.

Fantastic spot in Rangeley

This property was perfect for our ski trip up to the Rangeley area. The home was very modern and clean and had a beautiful view down to the frozen lake while being a short drive into town/to Saddleback. Definitely recommend this place if you're heading up to the Rangeley area — regardless of the season!

Great location for winter getaway

Our family of 6, which includes 4 boys, stayed here in February to enjoy a few days of skiing at Saddleback. The home is in a perfect location and just a short ride to downtown Rangeley, while Saddleback is only 20 minutes away. The views from the home are amazing as you overlook the lake and it was a perfect spot to return to each night and enjoy the fireplace. The home had everything we needed and it was very clean upon arrival. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this home to others looking for a relaxing getaway nearby.

Amazing house and stunning views of Rangeley lake!

This house was exactly as described and even better. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a wide range of small appliances, matching dinnerware , glassware and bakeware. The owner provided everything we could possibly require and they very generous providing trash bags, cleaning supplies, and paper goods for the bathroom and kitchen. No last minute trip to the IGA was needed! The beds were extremely comfortable and my family loved the heated mattress pads. So cozy on a cold winter night. There were board games and firewood for us to enjoy a crackling fire after being outside all day. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Rangeley !

Oasis close to Saddleback!

The property was perfect for our weekend trip to Saddleback! Victoria packs a ton of amenities into the home, including several small appliances (toaster, toaster oven, blender, griddle) that were perfect for cooking meals for our large group. The property was spotless and the fireplace was a hit. The heated mattress pads in the queen beds felt great after a long day on the mountain. We appreciated the board games that were provided in the living room (we played several rounds of Jenga)! Would definitely book here again. Thank you for hosting us!
