„I took my daughter on a weekend hiking trip and wanted t be close to the trail heads in Franconia. This a spot fit the bill. It was a quick car ride to the trailheads which is important during peak season as the lots fill up so quick. The house had a wonderful updated kitchen with a lot of charm throughout the house. The living room was very comfortable, with a big deck with nice views of the foliage. There was only 2 of us but overall plenty of room for more.“

„Great family vacation. The property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Ben is attentive and very responsive when something comes up. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. “

„Been camping in the area for 30 years, thought we would try Vrbo. This place is rustic but very clean and comfortable. Lots of room. Enjoyed the deck and fire pit. Close to all our memories. Very accommodating for a rather large dog. The price is very affordable. Wish we had brought our bikes because the neighborhood is very quiet.“

„Story Land was the primary destination during our stay, and the cottage made travelling there quick and easy. It was also a breeze going to Schouler Park by way of back roads. The typical traffic congestion on the main road had no impact on us during our stay. The cottage itself is super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for the night we cooked in. We never felt cramped, especially with the large playroom towards the rear of the cottage. We won't hesitate to book again.  ...

„Had a very quick one-night stay here for a trip to Story Land. The setup was perfect for us, our young kids, and another couple. The one downfall is the 10am checkout time, which we found very stressful trying to accomplish with 3 kids under the age of 4. In a rush, I did leave one item behind, but the owner kindly reached out to let me know and, luckily, I was still in the area and was able to come back to retrieve it. I would stay here again!“
