Experience the charm of "The Little House in Cary," a quaint and picturesque single-story retreat centrally located to all things Cary and Raleigh. Tucked away on a quiet circular drive off the main street, this home is minutes from Downtown Cary, Wake Med, Lake Pine, and NC State. Enjoy tranquil mornings and evenings surrounded by pine trees in this well-cared-for home, purchased in 2024 to serve as a second home for the owners and a thoughtfully furnished short-term rental.

The main living area is open and bright, with bamboo floors throughout. The primary bedroom features a brand new king bed and an adjacent bathroom, while two additional bedrooms offer flexibility with a queen bed and a king bed that can be separated into twins. With GGL Fiber, You Tube TV, and basic amenities provided, it's the perfect place for remote work or relaxation.

The backyard is fully fenced with a 4-ft fence and is very private and quiet. Trees surround the property, And while there are a few backyard neighbors we rarely if ever see them. The back deck is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice. We have a brand new grill on the deck and plan to add additional seating on the lawn very soon.

Explore nearby attractions like Downtown Cary, Lake Pine's walking loop, Costco, Downtown Apex, NC State, and Wake Med Cary. We can't wait to host you in this inviting home, where comfort meets convenience!

We came to town for our son's wedding at The Upchurch on Roberts Road. We were an easy 15 minute drive away from the venue. This house is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. Yet it is in a quiet neighborhood with well-paved walking paths. The house is just as pictured. Very up-to-date inside. Comfortable. We had everything we needed. Tara and Jason are great hosts. They communicated frequently and responded quickly to our questions.

Great location, very clean, great communication

We stayed here while completing continuing ed at the NC State Vet school. The neighborhood is in a great location convenient to many amenities, attractions, and food, whilc also being quiet and peaceful. We were able to walk in the evenings and enjoy the atmosphere. The host is very easy to get in touch with and responsive to questions and concerns. The house was very clean and well set up, would stay again if in the area.

Perfect for our stay

Stayed a week with my wife and our 3 young kids (ages 2-5) for a combined business trip and family trip. Home itself was great, had all the amenities you would need and the big backyard was great for the kids. Lots of towels, free Amazon prime, comfy beds. Nothing to complain about. Nice location as well. Only 15 or so min from Raleigh, and about 2 hrs from Wrightsville beach with very pretty blue waters. Would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area.

Amazing!

We have stayed at many airbnb/vrbo. Some are hits, many are misses. This place was definitely a HIT! Very clean, well appointed with any items you might need. Beds are comfortable. House is well maintained. As a scent sensitive/allergic individual, I was over the moon to find there werent a bunch of plugins used everywhere and the linens hadnt been completely doused in smelly laundry products! (Also lets you know they keep a clean house cause they dont have to try cover up smells with scented products!) We really couldnt have been happier with our stay and would gladly stay again if passing through the area! Also near greenways and good areas for a quick run which was a bonus! Truly one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in ( I should know cause we made it to the final destination and I am in a another crappy rental as I am writing the review for this amazing place)

Easy stay + responsive host

Just got home from a great stay. The house had everything we needed, host was extremely responsive when we had questions and their communication prior to, during and following our stay was fantastic. We were in town for a state championship meet at TAC and it was a super quick and easy drive to and from the pool. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in town!
