Whether you're here for work, rest, or meaningful time with loved ones, it’s our joy and honor to host your stay.

Our newly renovated home features:

-5 Inviting bedrooms with plush bedding and a serene ambiance

-3.5 bathrooms

-Thoughtfully furnished living areas for unwinding and socializing

-A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space

-Cozy dining and seating areas for meals and gatherings

We take pride in offering personalized touches and local recommendations, ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and enriching stay. Whether it's suggesting local restaurants or sharing insider tips on Durham's hidden gems, Liz and I are dedicated to making your visit unforgettable.

One of the key highlights of our home is its exceptional location. Being so close to Duke University and its hospital means you have easy access to world-class medical facilities, academic events, and a variety of cultural and recreational activities.

At Lizzy's Place, we believe hosting goes beyond providing accommodation; it's about crafting memorable experiences. Join us and discover the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Book your stay with us today and experience all that Durham has to offer.

We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible! Please note there is a $75 fee for either option, as our cleaning team may need to adjust their schedule, start earlier, or extend their time to ensure the space is thoroughly prepared for your stay or for the next guest.

For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. A separate rental agreement may also be requested prior to arrival to help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for both guests and hosts.

We look forward to welcoming you and helping you create wonderful memories.
