Stays of longer than 28 days may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. if approved, a signed rental agreement will need to be completed.

● No events, parties, or loud music are permitted in this townhome.
● This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
● Lawn service are completed regularly at the property but not on a specific day of the week. They may arrive during your stay but will do their best not to disturb you.
● Delivery of mail or packages to the townhome are not permitted. The townhome uses a private locked mailbox, which Guests will not have access to. The property owner is not responsible for any unauthorized delivery attempts.
● If you are under the age of 25 or have no reviews on your profile, we may decline your booking request or cancel your reservation.
● Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $50 if you depart 30 minutes late and a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes thereafter unless complimentary check-out has been granted by the host in advance.
