While the property appearance was nice and clean the windows were drafty and the house was cold at night. The night temperatures in North Carolina dropped in the 20’s- 30’s at night. I adjusted the thermostat to 72, however, the heat system would not reach above 67 and cool air continued to blow from the vents throughout the house. In the morning the temperature in The house was 62. The issue began on 11/27 and was raised several times with the properly manager. The last time I reached out to the property manager about the issue was Friday night 11/28 but received no response. Also, the house is setup like apartments which means you can hear your neighbors and smell whatever they are cooking. This was the first time I stayed in a house like this so that was interesting.
