Backyard Picket Cottage

Get to Duke in 8-9 minutes/ UNC 13-14 minutes! Quiet residential neighborhood. Behind our 3 BR, 2BA Picket Cottage we've just built the Backyard Picket Cottage with a bedroom opening onto its own patio and fenced yard. There's also a full bath and kitchenette area. The bedroom has a writing desk, space to store clothes, and a smart TV. Dogs allowed by approval of host. Stone path from the parking pad in front to this cottage tucked away in the backyard.
The space
Bedroom with Queen bed, an area to hang clothes and store things, writing table and chair and smart TV. Kitchenette (small fridge, smart mini-oven, coffee maker). Steamer for wrinkled clothes. Full bath with shower/tub combo. French doors open to patio and fully fenced little yard. Stone path from parking pad to door of cottage in back corner of yard secluded by fencing and behind two little picket gates.
Guest access
Guests have tiny house and fenced yard to themselves. The larger backyard with play set is for the front house on the property and should not be used unless you are renting that house too. The concrete parking pad to the side of the driveway is for the backyard cottage use. You may also park on the street, but not in the driveway.
