The apartment is a single-level home located on the 1st floor of an 8-story building. The layout features step-free access throughout the home, including the bedroom and bathroom areas. In the bedroom, you will find two 80 cm wide beds combined into one large bed, along with a wardrobe for storage and room-darkening shades. The private living room offers a comfortable sofa bed that opens to 150 cm, a dining table, and a Smart TV for entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with an electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator, freezer, and blender. For your morning routine, a pour-over coffee maker is provided. The bathroom includes a shower with a handheld head, a hair dryer, and a free washing machine. For relaxation, the apartment features a private sauna with an electric heater.

Outdoor living is extended to a private, glazed-in balcony fitted with Venetian blinds. This space offers a peaceful view of the building`s inner courtyard, which includes children`s play area with benches and tables.
