SXS lovers welcome! Guests will enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located in the heart of the Appalachian Mtns of Leslie Co KY. Comfy furniture, cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen and living room with large TV. This home also offers two porches, one overlooking a mountain stream, plenty of parking for trailers and a large yard. The best trail with LORP, creek trail 232 and 233, is accessible by SXS less than a mile down the road. Only a 12 mile drive to the LORP on the pavement.



The Space:

Guests will pull up to the front of the house and enter through the living room. There are two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, closets and TVs. There is one small, full bath and a super clean kitchen with dinette and access to the back porch. There is separate out building with washer and dryer located just off the porch. This home is suitable for five people. The driveway will easily park two cars and trucks pulling trailers may park and turn in the large yard. UTV's welcome!



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located seven miles up Coon Creek. It is an absolutely beautiful drive! The roads are in great condition and you will have no problem reaching the home safely. You must cross a small bridge when turning into the driveway. Once you reach the home you will enjoy beautiful mountain views and total peace and quiet.
