Lovely staff, the rooms may be slightly outdated, but traditional and cosy. Keep them as they are. Always a great selection of coffee, teas, milk on hand, hot chocolate, biscuits, kettle and nespresso machine. The food is amazing as always, breakfast with buffet, loved the crumpets. There was a loud humming noise coming from outside (it may be centarl A/C unit of hotel) that started at 6 am which was very disturbing. Do not recommend such room overlooking the back. Inclusive breakfast was far too basic like the room we booked. Better to book without it and pay for a decent breakfast. Overall, not great value for the price paid. “
