Private Room in Family House

This independent furnished apartment is on the 1st floor of our family house, and can be rent only partly (1 or 2 bedrooms) or entirely (all 3 bedrooms).

It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, a large living room with dining area, and a big balcony from where you can enjoy a beautiful view to the mountains. The kitchen is free access and equipped with all the utensils you might need. Also the balcony, garden, patio and secure garage are at your disposal.

Our house is located in the centre of Quito, in one of the best areas called La Floresta. Where there are lots of cafes, restaurants, cultural places, night clubs and artisan shops. Public transportation is available just a few meters away from the house.

We love helping our guests with all the tourism information about the city of Quito and our beautiful country Ecuador. We can offer shuttle service from the airport to our house, as well as Spanish teacher or a tourist guide for tours to nearby mountains, camping, hiking with equipment and food included (extra costs).

You will receive keys to the house so that you can get in and out at will. There is also free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
