The mornings here are special with Beautiful Sunrises for all to enjoy! New spa just outside front door with many jets and multiple lighting features inside and out! Enjoy the spa at night to see the stars and lights reflecting across the lake.
Fire pit outside with plenty of firewood for your enjoyment.
Peaceful area with lots of trees if you want quiet this is the place to relax and unwind!
Beautiful New Kitchen with Large Island and Large Swivel Barstools and Newer Couches, Pool Table and lots of games! 3 Bedrooms 1 has a King Bed. 1 bedroom has a Full Bed. The additional bedroom has 5 bunk beds. One Full bath with shower/tub access from primary bedroom and hallway. Up to 9 people can stay.
When rain falls and you are visiting you can hear and see our own natural waterfall off the private deck. Parking is not a problem with the circular driveway and an area to park your boat or cars. New parking area just added.
Minutes from a boat launch. Great for walking or riding bikes in the area. This is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Heber Springs and Sandy Beach about 25 minutes away. Hiking trails in the area. Rock diving in the lake at the Dam and rentals for boats or canoes available at different marinas depending on the time of the year and at different locations around Greers Ferry Lake. Private residence upstairs but not always occupied. No events or wild parties but feel free to enjoy your stay! No pets please. We do have a camera on the driveway and one facing the parking areas. This is to help keep the property secure when we are not at the property.
