„Having flown half way around the world and arriving in the evening (7.00 pm) I was a little surprised that there was nothing to advise how to get in the room. I didn’t realise that in a very small sentence at the bottom of the message stated that you had to find a specific parking space and then the key combination lock in the dark and input a code! Also not good that the number on the lock was not the number on the email or the room number!!! We stayed in 4204 but the lock was 4024!When I ...
