The cleanliness of the Bach was not great on arrival, it was clear that only a surface level clean had been done for some time. The bunk bed is very squeaky, which didn’t help when trying to get the kids to sleep. Good location with only a short walk to the jetty and waterfront. “

„This house has the qualities of a classic Kiwi bach, with some well-conceived improvements. The view onto the water is stunning, and the extended deck plus generous windows and ranch sliders make allowed us to enjoy this on fine and wet days. The wood heater was stocked with plenty of firewood. The large new shower was great although our 90yr old mother needed a handhold. The split level floors were a challenge for her walker, and a handhold in the toilet would have been helpful. However the ...

„We loved the outdoor space, location near the Queen Charlotte Track and the snooker table! It was our first time playing snooker. There is room to spread out, but the bedrooms were tight. Unfortunately, there were no outlets in the bathroom. Not a big thing, but something we noticed and were aware of. We appreciated that they were environmentally aware and made it easy for us to participate. We would return in a heartbeat!“
