Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, fussläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir waren 2 Nächte hier. Leider war das Parken ausgebucht, aber beim Parkhaus am Rathaus ging das gut und billig. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, die Möbel extrem abgewohnt. Bett gut, Dusche sehr gut. Preis für die Lage ok. Frühstück haben wir auswärts genommen, kann ich daher nicht beurteilen. Kaffee und Säfte rund um die Uhr in der Lobby. Fazit, mit kleinen Einschränkungen empfehlenswert.

Kleines, schnuckliges Hotel in guter Lage.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nur 5000 Meter von den größten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wegen der Lage ist es aber auch etwas schwierig anzufahren. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber. Enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Das Buffet hatte Jugendherbergscharakter, war dafür umso teurer.

Super Hotel
Es war der absolute Hammer, wir werden auch das nächste Mal dieses Hotel auslesen. Die Einrichtung passt zum Gebäude. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht so gross, jedoch Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Der Standort war sehr gut, konnten wir alles zu Fuss besichtigen.

Ideal gelegen, bei dem Preis kann man keine großen Zimmer erwarten. Unbedingt Parkservice mitbuchen, der park-valet-Service funktioniert sehr gut und man findet sonst keinen Parkplatz. Auf das Frühstück kann man getrost verzichten, das ist sein Geld nicht wert.

The view is fantastic across the park to the terrace and the St-Lawrence river. Valet parking with EV plug in was practical. Despite the many stairs in the front, I had wheelchair access in the back near the parking. The staff was so helpful! A gem!!

I love smaller boutique hotels. The location is great. The lobby lounge is comfortable and full of games to wile away some late winter nights. Wine from a vending machine is cool! The pool, although located a short walk away, is a plus. Great dry sauna and outdoor hot tub!! The rooms are small by current standards and it’s walls a little thin for hearing outside room but what do you expect from a building this old! The location alone is worth it. If you choose to stay here try and ask for a view of the park as that view will add a star to your trip!

Good little hotel in a great location
Great little hotel in a fantastic location. The room was very clean but a little small for 2 people, as previous reviewers have mentioned. Very good for a solo person. The hotel and rooms could use some modernization/updating, but the bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and comfortable despite being very cold outside (February visit). Also, the soundproofing could be improved as you can hear all the noise from the hallway and cleaners banging around and knocking on doors in the morning. Altogether a very firm 3 star hotel in a location that can’t be beat.

Spent 2 nights at Chateau Bellevue between Christmas and New Years. Perfect location just behind Chateau Frontenac and above Dufferin Terrace. Numerous restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean room, comfy king bed. Room could be noisy if inconsiderate neighbours nearby but was quiet during our stay.

The front desk gentleman was excellent helping us find dining, parking and helped with the tv clicker that was malfunctioning. We are very pleased with our first trip to Quebec City for our 18th anniversary.

The Hotel Chateaux Bellevue was the perfect accommodation for us. Excellent location, charming Hotel, very helpful staff Rooms were very comfortable just big enough, there was a small shared guest room in the lobby with comfortable couches to relax in. We did not have the continental breakfast but that was an option to purchase. The location was perfect for us also everything within walking distance, could also get Uber services if you don’t enjoy walking much. Definitely will return and stay here when we do
