Out back, a private screened saltwater pool — gentle on skin, hair and eyes — is heated to a comfortable 85°F as our complimentary welcome perk. Inside, bright open living spaces with a 75" smart TV flow through sliding doors to the lanai and BBQ patio, and four bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests: a king suite, two queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with two triple bunk beds (three levels each). An electric fireplace warms cool evenings.

THE LOCATION
Punta Gorda Isles puts Charlotte Harbor boating and world-class fishing at your doorstep. Burnt Store Golf Club and Yucca Pens Preserve are about 3 minutes away, Heritage Landing Golf Club minutes more, and historic downtown Punta Gorda — Fishermen's Village, waterfront dining, the harborwalk and galleries — is about 15 minutes. Please note there is no private dock or boat lift at the house.

Complimentary pool heating is included with every stay. No smoking, no parties or events, no pets. We respond quickly and are here throughout your stay.

Pool and child safety: a removable child-safety pool fence is available on request - let us know before arrival and we will have it installed for you. The pool is not supervised and there is no lifeguard. Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times, everywhere on the property, especially around the pool. Use of the pool and all amenities is at guests' own risk.

At night, landscape lighting glows around the house, along the fence and under every palm.
