The master bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms, comfortable king size bed, blackout curtains for better sleep.

Beaches are one block away from building, also the bus stop #6. The bus goes to the main street “Gorlero” stop #2 or to the shopping center stop #8.

Moving on foot we are at 12 blocks to the main street Gorlero. About 8 blocks away is the Shopping center, with all kinds of services, bakery, rotisserie, hairdresser, service station, etc.
Close to downtown shopping resort casinos Port with seafood restaurants.
One of the particularities of Punta del Este, is having two type of ocean separated by the cape. “La Brava” with more intense waves and "La Mansa" with mostly calm water. So you can select what’s more adequate for your activities.

Getting around
Uruguay has excellent public transportation services, buses, taxi, Uber, Etc. but if you want more mobility there are alternatives. You can rent a car in Punta del Este or directly upon arrival at Carrasco International Airport (MVD) and drive about 70 miles to Punta del Este, where you have a covered garage for two cars, exclusively for guests of this apartment.

Then tour the neighboring beaches like:

La Barra, an elegant seaside resort near to Punta del Este, famous for its lively life during the summer season, housing numerous craft shops, art galleries, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Punta del Diablo, a small fishing village and craftsmen, known for its picturesque “ranchitos” with thatched roofs; Quite calm during the year until the arrival of summer, when it transforms into a lively spa, especially desired by surfers who take advantage of the good waves of its beaches and the nightlife that comes alive among relaxed reggae bars.

Barra de Valizas, another fishing village that remains quite calm during the year, until the arrival of the summer season, when it becomes the favorite resort of nature lovers, artists, who enjoy the bohemian atmosphere and special scenic beauty from the place, with long beaches surrounded by huge sand dunes.
