%26lt;li%26gt;This Reservation Policy allows you to change your travel dates up to %26lt;b%26gt;24 hours%26lt;/b%26gt; prior to the arrival date. Only %26lt;b%26gt;one change%26lt;/b%26gt; of dates will be allowed for this reservation, within the current year. Once the reservation is confirmed with the new dates, no further changes will be allowed.

%26lt;li%26gt;For all reservations a 100% non-refundable payment is required regardless of the date the booking was made. In the event of cancellation after the deposit is received, all payments and deposits are non-refundable. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if funds are not received in our office within 1 day of your request. We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as canceled if schedules are not met.
%26lt;li%26gt;Changes to the reservations are subject to availability and any rate differences must be covered. You must book the same amount of nights as your original reservation. %26lt;li%26gt;The reservation/booking payment is 100% of the total rental at the time of the request for the reservation.
%26lt;li%26gt;A damage security deposit of 500 USD for 1 bedroom units and 1,000 USD for 3 bedroom units will be collected at your check-in process, subject to an inspection at your check-out.
%26lt;li%26gt;The presence of the card holder is required at the check-in process in order to guarantee access.
%26lt;li%26gt;Pets are allowed on request if the unit is pet friendly. A damage deposit of 100 USD and non-refundable charge of 30 USD will be collected at your check-in process.
%26lt;li%26gt;Reservations that do not show up on the arrival date to the hotel will be considered a NO-SHOW and be charged the full reservation. The reservation will be automatically cancelled 24 hours after your arrival date without prior notice. Funds are non-refundable. %26lt;li%26gt;In the case of a shortened length of stay, early departure or any other unforeseen circumstance, the deposit will not be refunded nor credited. Including no-shows
