„Incredible stay! This was our 4th time staying in the Hacienda de Mita community and the unit / service was without question the best stay we’ve had. „This condo is just as described,location,location,Location!! We loved that it’s about a 15 minute car ride from the downtown and there is a bus stop also right there by this condo. We had just Gorgeous Sunsets every night!! The food at the onsite restaurant was very good. The owner was very responsive when we needed to ask a question or two. We loved our trip and we hope we can come back again!!!“

„We would give this beautiful place more than 5 stars of we could. We spent a week visiting with other family and were blown away by the views and location. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and two kids to spread out and relax. John was great to work with and his condominium is incredibly stocked with everything you could need. „Our stay at Sunscape in this 14th floor condo was great! Everything we needed for cooking was there, even an electric grill and fry pan. The deck is roomy, great for watching the sunset. Modern bathroom, nice shower. Didn’t need the AC at all. Weather in early December was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.“

schönes Hotel, gute Lage aber nahe lauter Straße
"Hotelzimmer war schön, sauber & geräumig. Die Lage ist optimal (nah zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants), nur die laute vorbeiführende Straße stört. Selbst Zimmer (allerdings 1.Etage) am weitesten von der Straße entfernt hat daran nicht geändert. kein eigener Strandzugang-mit Hotelarmband gewährt aber das Nachbarhotel Zugang. Anfrage nach Zimmer in oberer Etage wurde leider nicht realisiert. Leider schlechte Erfahrung mit Taxi, welches beim Hotel bei Abreise angefragt wurde. Der Taxifahrer wollte keine Rechnung ausstellen und wurde sehr unangenehm- Möglichkeit von prepaid- Transport vom Hotel wäre schön."
