The property is in a very good location. Beautiful area and grounds. Park like setting. Small number of rooms for the size of property making it feel very private. Very wide beach and clean. Lots of different owners of these units and depending on the owner as to how well kept up the unit is. We were in a unit that could have used some up dates and fixing such as patio and sink. Otherwise it was clean and very comfortable. We were only on second floor which made the stairs bearable. Third and forth floors not so nice. Lots of pools and chairs. We would go back.

I had to move the icebox out of the closet and buy a extension cord to make a place to make drinks or remove items from microwave . Not worth the money I paid for the room. No outside seating or view . Outside was beautiful grounds. Pools were great!

I would never go back we had bedbugs cockroaches dirty sheets management is the worst have bites all over they said it was the sun home now. Doctor says its bed bugs next time not going to los tules we learned the hard way hope everyone sees how our trip was what a waste of time so stay away

Lovely quiet Mexican resort. We started our stay with friends in a time share unit and stayed on a few more days. The studio that we rented was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view of the back of the restaurant was OK ... but not outstanding. We would return to this resort which has six great pools, lots of ocean frontage, fabulous view of Banderas Bay, shopping and bank across the road, bus stop just outside, and a nice bar and restaurant

Todo está lejos para ir la tienda la recepción para cambiar las toallas hay que dejar un depósito de 300 pesos por toalla hay mini súper en el lugar si está surtido hay 7 albercas si no me equivoco pero hay que caminar en la playa muy pocos camastros me toco otro hotel a lado y nada más no dejan dormir tienen fiesta de 8 am a 12 am algo fastidioso el lugar no cuenta con elevador y está el cuarto en el cuarto piso tienen unas escaleras para subir peligrosas no recomendable para gente con discapacidad en lo demás esta bonito el lugar.

El agua de las albercas está helada, haciendo incluso, imposible el poder meterse. Eso no sucedía en años anteriores, a decir verdad, el agua caliente de las albercas, era una de las cosas que nos hacían regresar, toda vez que, muchos hoteles no tienen climatizadas sus piscinas

The large number of trees and plants around the property were wonderful and everything was very well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. The 8 pools were all very clean. The 3 sandy beaches were great. The food and drinks were an average price for the area. All was good.

Excelente precio y fantástico lugar
Desde la llegada las primeras impresiones son excelentes, el check-in fué muy rápido y nuestra habitación era perfecta para lo que buscábamos muy cómodo, el ambiente del lugar fantástico, las albercas en distintos lugares excelente casi una para nosotros solamente, la playa muy bien, la atención del personal excelente, el único detalle que si es importante que atiendan son las fugas del agua en el baño se tiraba una cantidad considerable, lo demás muy bien.

The grounds are beautiful! The location is perfect with a direct view of the whole bay and town. The rooms are a bit dated but that didn’t bother us. The staff is incredibly friendly. We can’t wait to go back :)
