We also offer optional services to make your stay even more special: private chef in the apartment, delivery of prepared meals and desserts, cleaning service, transportation, personalized decoration, and exclusive picnics. We want your stay to be as relaxing and enjoyable as a vacation should be. Access is strictly limited to the number of guests included in your reservation, and per condominium policy, external visitors and pets—including service or assistance animals—are not permitted. This is a rule set by the building administration, and unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions.
Prior to your arrival, we’ll request a few basic details for registration: a photo of an official ID, the full names of all guests, and a contact number. That way, everything will be ready for you to start enjoying your stay as soon as you arrive.
Inside the apartment, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home: the condominium rules, wristbands, access card, keys, and a guide with recommendations to help you make the most of your visit. We also provide complimentary essentials such as toilet paper, neutral soap, shampoo, dish soap with sponge, trash bags, and a jug of drinking water. If you need more, you can easily request it.
