Lovely hostel, great location and helpful host
The location was perfect for exploring Puerto Ayora and the surrounding area. The hostel common areas were delightful and the rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Free laundry service and delicious free breakfast sealed the deal. A perfect hostel!

I arrived with an expedia confirmed reservation and the staff tells me that there are no rooms. So she calls the owner who shows up almost an hour after we were there and says Expedia knows that weekends he is fully booked and that he never received this confirmation or else he would have sent an email explaining why I cannot stay there. So after almost two hours of dealing with this problem in a city I have never been to, no internet. I had to walk around to find a hotel twice as expensive. This was such an inconvenience. I have never had any issues with any Expedia reservations until this time. Expedia needs to contact that hotel so both of you can be on the same page as far as availability of rooms. I hope there were no more stranded travelers such as myself.

Usually when we got a reservation from expedia, we sent a confirmation code to confirm the reservation, if you said that youalways use this plataform you should know that, and when you didnt get my confirmation code you should notice that something was not ok, expedia knows that every weekend i dont have available rooms, and i told you to complain with expedia, oh and one thing, you said that i show up after an hour, thats a lie cause the person who was at that time in the hostal search for for me and that was no more than 10 minutes, next time try to be more accurate

super comfortable
Owner was always available and friendly for our questions about Galapagos. Location was good enough for us, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. Very satisfied. We will for sure come back this hostel for our next trip!!!
