Great place. Great location!
Great place! Very conveniently located in the heart of Provo. The home has been totally remodeled and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If I was being really picky on feedback, the building smells a bit old. However, not much you can do about that. However, it's a beautiful apartment with comfortable bed, good sized TV, super clean. Would definitely stay here again--

Cute, comfortable, and quiet
I have stayed at this property before, and am a repeat visitor because it is always a positive, clean experience. The hosts have a lovely property with great amenities for the price, and communicate their expectations clearly. I have never had an issue with noise in this spot, the parking situation is always easy, and check-in and check-out are seamless. Highly recommend!

Great stay!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this neat apartment. We loved the big windows, which makes the apartment bright and welcoming. The brick walls of the old church give it charm and character. Everything was super clean and up to date, and Todd and Mikki were great to work with. Excellent location in the heart of Provo.

I can’t say enough good things about the apt. The brick wall, high ceilings and tall windows. It was so cozy and had every amenity plus some. I would absolutely recommend it here and I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Nice change of pace from all of the hotels. Stayed here to visit a daughter going to school. Was very close to her, the free bus, grocery store, and restaurants. Was nice and quiet. Beautiful landscaping and grass. Everything worked. Nice stay.

We came to Utah to celebrate my daughters graduation from Utah Valley University. This apartment was within walking distance of a grocery store and a great Indian restaurant Bombay House! The apartment was very cute and we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Todd and Mikki’s condos whenever we visit. It is always a nice and reliably clean and comfortable. Location is so convenient next to University Ave and Smiths grocery store and several interesting restaurants.

Great place, great location
Nice place with 12 foot ceilings in a cool old, converted chapel in a safe area. Had an issue with the access code when we arrived, but Todd answered his phone and helped resolve right away, even at 10:30 pm. Smith’s grocery story is right across the street. Saturday market location was a short 3/4 mile walk with Hruska’s Kolaches in the way (only open until noon, closed Sundays). Definitely would stay again if the need arises.

Great Provo location. Love this unit.
We have stayed at another one of their units in the same complex. Love the remodel. Easy to stay with fill kitchen. Comfortable. We had some issues with the door code but they were available immediately to assist. The “Old Chapel” building entrance has an odor that reminds me of a dental office. Overall great and would definitely stay again.

We loved this place! It was a clean, Wonderfully decorated, comfortable space that had so much character! Big windows with lots of light which added to the ambience! It had all the supplies needed for our stay! It was close to Provo City Center and an easy walk to many different businesses and restaurants . This is now our second time staying at the Old Chapel and it is our favorite spot! It’s a great location walkable distance to lots of good food and activities. Our room was clean and easy to get to, and had just about everything we needed! It’s also a plus the grocery store is right across the street. 10/10 recommend!

We really enjoyed the unit and the location in Provo. The unit was on one level which was perfect for us. The air conditioner unit was loud since the unit was so close to the bedroom. When the ceiling fan was on the AC clicked off which decreased the noise. We would definitely stay there again.

Beat expectations!
We were giving this place a try. We usually get a house. It was a great choice! We are so thankful! So clean! I have health issues so the cleanliness is super important and it was immaculate! The bed and couch were super comfy. It had everything we needed. The communication was rapid and easy. The neighborhood was so great, you could walk to a ton of good places to eat right nearby. If you are considering staying here don't hesitate you won't regret it!

A fantastic spot
This was by far the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at. It’s well stocked with cleaning supplies and Todd was very responsive when anything came up. The windows and light are a huge selling point here. I plan to stay here again the next time I pass through town. It’s a quiet, clean, and lovely place that is in a great spot.

The Perfect Place in Provo!
