Perfekt für die Ruhe-suchenden Naturliebhaber
Das Hotel ist ziemlich abgelegen, es ist das letzte Haus vor dem Naturschutzgebiet. Es ist etwa 15 Gehminuten bis zu Provincetown Stadtmitte, wo sich alle Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant war sehr gut und preiswert, so muss man nicht umbedingt in die Stadt. Das Frühstück war bis 11.00, was auch ein Plus war für die langschafenden Urlaber. Zimmer sind klein und ziemlich alt. In dem Hauptgebäude gibt es schöne Malereien auf den Wänden, die Geschichte von Provincetown erzählen. Auf jedem Fall ist es wert sie anzuschauen. Der Strand ist sandig, aber wir waren in Oktober, es war schon ziemlich kalt und über das Baden nicht zu denken. Der Schwimmbad ist auch ohne Heizung.

In die Jahre gekommen...
Die Gestaltung im allgemeinen Bereich ist sehr einfallsreich und mit dem Bezug zum Meer und zu New England passend. Die Zimmer könnten eine Überholung gebrauchen. Die Klimaanlage verdient den Namen nicht. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer macht Lärm wie ein LKW, müsste also ausbleiben. Preis/Leistung passt noch gerade so. Aber auch nur weil das Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut war.

Komfortables sauberes Hotel in bester P-Town Lage
Waren das zweite mal in diesem Hotel. Gemütliches historisches Ambiente. Großzügig angelegt zum Wohlfühlen. Super Frühstück in großem Saal mit Meerblick. Hilfsbereites nettes Personal. P-Town zu Fuß erreichbar. Whale watching in der Stellwagen Bank von P-Town aus war ein Erlebnis.

Sehr unterschiedliche Zimmer
In der ersten Nacht bekamen wir ein Zimmer, wie wir es jedenfalls nicht gebucht hatten Nachdem ich tagsdarauf um einen Wechsel ins Hauptbaus ersuchte, war dies auch gleich möglich. Dieses Zimmer war in Ordnung, wesentlich schöner und gepflegter als jenes, in welchem wir die erste Nacht verbracht hatten.

The location of this place is magnificent. The beds in room are new comfortable and clean. The place is very dated and needs a lot of attention. It appears they are trying but there is a lot to be done. I t offers the basics clean room/bed running water and air-condition. Stayed in balcony with Bay view. The beach is just in front of you. The parking is convenient. One faucet in bathroom was new but not working properly. The coffee maker in room can not be pooled out to make coffee. The complex in general has a lot but it is tired and needs a lot of work. You get what you pay for. The restaurants in the complex look ok but they were not open (we were informed at the time of checking in)

I loved being at waters edge hearing the gentle constant waves of the Cape Cod Bay lapping the shore. And moonlight on water is almost as precious as sunlight on water which I could sit and enjoy from my rooms deck. I had an extremely relaxing stay. Thank you to all the helpful staff too.

This was a great location on the water with a semi private deck area. However, as it is in a transition phase, they had no food license. The pool was obviously closed (too early). The front desk closed at 8 and there was no daily room cleaning (although they did sweep our floor when we asked.) The in-room coffee was horrid and we had to ask for a microwave. The rate was fair (off-season). What I am upset about is the nearly $200 resort fee. For what? No pool, no restaurant, no real coffee, no maid service. And, our room was above the mechanical/boiler room so we heard it cycle about every half hour. On a plus note, parking was free and the staff was great!

It was extremely disappointing to find out that the restaurant was closed. The other restaurants that were recommended already were booked or had no parking. I asked for two glasses to be delivered to my room. Not only were they dirty but they had someone’s lipstick on it. Also the white towels had black stains.

It was a nice, quaint little place but the rooms were pretty small considering the price of the rooms. And the restaurant was nice but a little pricey. Could definitely use more options food wise. But it was a nice stay. No real complains.

The room was very cold heat didnt work right. And staff came into to room wout telling us to clean. Breakfast wasnt good. Staff was under dressed and rude.

absolutely beautiful location however it is a very old building. a beautiful building however very old... just know that going in. we had to cut out early because the room was "stuffy/ moldy" and my allergies could not take it

Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are smaller than some and could use some upgrading. But the location is perfect. Beautiful view from our room. Easy walk to town and local attractions. Check in and parking were very easy. Staff were very responsive to any requests. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was quiet good too. I would definitely stay here again!!

Dreadful rooms.
Oh dear. The rooms we were showed into were appalling. Not clean and stank of weed. They were up at the top of stairs (no lift) and the carpets were really dirty. One shower was hanging off the wall. The manageress whilst pleasant was unable to help us to upgrade (we were willing to pay) as there was a wedding and we were obviously not important. The location is stunning and this is such a pity.

Enjoyable stay, but
Overall enjoyable stay. Had reserved a Superior room; it had wonder view but was basic, tired, bathroom small. Hotel dinner delicious except for watery taseless chowder. Found numerious hotel text unneccessry and annoying.

Great stay for our weekend in PTown. It was great to see all the wildlife right out our window. Easy to get downtown and out to Race Point Beach.

I like this hotel. I stayed there many years ago and things have changed quite a bit. It is showing age and my reservation got messed up. But the night staff was able to fix it and I got the beach view. This was the better of the 3 hotels I booked with Expedia,
