PROPERTY OVERVIEW
A rare find in close-in Provincetown, Town Hill Retreat is a newly constructed 3-level townhome with 1265 sq.ft. of living space that sits atop a rise on a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable West End. An easy stroll to Commercial Street brings you to everything this world-famous destination has to offer, with the beaches of Cape Cod a short bike ride away. The coastal palette of the interiors—carefully chosen by owners who love the scenic beauty of the Cape and eclectic, artsy vibe of the town—emphasizes comfort, romance, and relaxation. The home, with a spacious shared main level and sleeping quarters both upstairs and downstairs, combines daytime community with nighttime privacy.

LIVING/DINING
The light-filled main level features an open-plan living and dining area, crowned by a gallery wall with works by local Provincetown artists, including Bill Evaul, Angela Russo, and Ilona Royce-Smithkin. Spacious seating surrounds a gas fireplace and 43” Smart TV—the perfect place to unwind.
The generous dining table seats six or more, while a striking rustic-style barn door provides privacy between the main and lower levels. Want some music? Just ask Alexa to play your favorite!

KITCHEN
The fully modern kitchen (outfitted by owners who love to cook) has everything you need—from making morning coffee to gourmet meals. Appliances include a 4-burner stove with convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered water dispenser. Other conveniences include place settings for 12, Vitamix blender, All-Clad and Le Creuset cookware, Ninja coffee maker, Bodum French press, Baratza coffee grinder, Cuisinart food processor, and every kind of gadget. There’s even a lobster pot, shellfish crackers, and corn holders for authentic New England dinners.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
The home features 3 sleeping areas for a maximum of 4 guests (as required by the town). The set-up is ideal for couples seeking extra privacy, with two rooms and bath on the top floor and the third room and additional private bath on the lower level, separated by the living area in between.
There are no designated “kids' rooms” at Town Hill Retreat. Each room—named for local lighthouses—will indulge you with king-sized beds, hotel-quality linens and pillows, decorator shades, and even more local art and photography. Set the mood in all three rooms with music from Amazon Alexa, Luminara candles, and dimmable lights. The two upstairs rooms, the Race Point and the Wood End, share a full bath with two-person shower. The Race Point also has a small desk. On the lower level, the Long Point features a cozy seating area with Smart TV, small desk, and en-suite full bath with shower/bath combo.

OUTDOOR AREA
The wraparound covered front porch overlooks native plantings and features comfortable Adirondack and rocking chairs—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails as the sun sets over the oak-covered dunes of the National Seashore. Around back, you’ll find a Weber propane grill for casual post-beach meals. At night, decorative outdoor lighting enhances the festive atmosphere.

EXTRA AMENITIES
This home features central air conditioning and a private entrance. For your convenience, there’s a full-size washer-dryer on the lower level. Each sleeping area has its own Smart TV, and all TVs feature a full selection of cable channels, plus connections to Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi throughout. For beach excursions, folding chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are provided. There’s also an array of games, puzzles, and books for guests’ enjoyment. The unit comes with a parking space, with additional (paid) parking within a 5-minute walk.

LOCATION
Close to the shopping, dining, and entertainment venues of Provincetown, this home is located on Georges Path, a short 8-minute (0.4 mile) walk from the house. The Tea Party at the Boatslip is 0.6 miles from the house, as is Macmillan Pier and access to the ferry. A full-sized grocery store with pharmacy is also 0.4 miles away.
Arrival is easy: either by ferry or by car via Rt. 6. Our location offers convenient access to Commercial Street, the beaches, and Cape day trips.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This property is great, clean and well-appointed. Location is good, just a short walk to Commercial. Only issue was a sewage smell in the basement room - might be an issue with the septic system? Overall, we had a great stay!

Wonderful Stay in Very Spacious Luxurious Home in Private Wooded Area and a short walk to everything

Absolutely loved everything about our stay in this Provincetown home. The location is great! You're just a very short 6 or 7 minute walk to the heart of everything on Commercial Street. The home is on a very quiet secluded street in Provincetown, so it feels like you're in your own private home in the middle of woods. The Stop and Shop is also an easy walk away. There is a private driveway with your own parking spot, which was great because parking is so rare in Ptown. There's a great porch out front if you want to grab any fresh air. Inside is stunning -- everything new and wonderfully designed. There's three levels. The main floor has a main living room, kitchen, plus a great dining area (with comfortable seating for 6 adults). If you go down from the main floor, there's a wonderful large primary bedroom that also has a sitting area, plus a washer and dryer (hidden behind a curtain), plus a private bathroom with bathtub & shower. If you go upstairs from the main level, there's two bedrooms -- each with their own king-sized beds. All three bedroom having their own super-comfortable KING-SIZED bed is very rare in Ptown! There's another full bathroom upstairs with tub and shower. Everything about the home is just very nicely designed. Everything seems brand new. All appliances sparkling new. Just a fantastic stay here at Town Hill Haven. Town Hill Haven has my HIGHEST recommendation! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Love Ptown

The rental was perfect in every way except the fact that the Race Point room was like an ice box. We tried everything to get the air handler to turn off to no avail. We called twice and got a quick response but there was nothing that would turn it off. My guess is that there's a glitch in the thermostat, Everything else was great, kitchen was stocked with everything you need and a beautiful home.

The house is close to the action of Commercial street, and also far enough away to enough the peace and quiet. The house is well furnished, especially the kitchen with high end appliances. We experienced a few cleaning issues and a dishwasher that was not working and couldn't be repaired until after we checked out, that we attribute to labor shortages that are pervasive across the US. We would definitely stay here again if our travels took us to PTown.

Beautiful home in a wooded area with close neighbors

Outstanding stay, cooler weather which was a plus; great location; excursions and shows; fresh seafood! ❀P-Town! Recommendations: Mow grass and weed eat beside the house where trash cans are. Fix cracked window pane in dining room window. Washer and dryer sprung a leak and had to be turned off most of our stay, but we received a credit for the missing amenities. Clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds, wonderful HVAC unit.

Beautiful home

This house couldn’t be more perfect. It’s not right in town but such a short walk,. It’s beautifully appointed throughout. The kitchen had everything and MORE! The only blip in the trip was that the upstairs thermostat was locked and this wasn’t rectified until 9:30 or so the following morning. It was quite humid, even with the Windows opened. Once this was resolved, things were absolutely perfect!

Impressive attention to detail

I have stayed at several properties and this has by far exceeded all of them. The owners have thought of everything! Every appliance you could ever need. All the electronics are marked with hints and instructions. The house is absolutely gorgeous, clean, well kept. The neighborhood is quite. Can’t say enough great things. We will be back!
