The East End is stunning, and our home is a welcome refuge from a bustling, energetic time in Ptown. You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but set back away from the chaos for a chill vibe.

You can easily access everything in town by foot and, because the ferry is so closeby, you can get into town by boat from Boston and never need a car. (The Ptown airport is a 7-minute car ride away.)

You may want bikes to get to Herring Cove or Race Point Beach - there are two bike shops offering well-priced daily or weekly rentals within a reasonable walk.

The homes nearby are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation may be our neighbor's full-time home.

When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am.

Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors.

Walk from the Provincetown Ferry to our front door in about 17 minutes.

The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 2, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.

Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 3 - April 30.

The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from May 1 - November 2, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.

Being part of a multi-family building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors.

Many of our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way!

We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood.

We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests.

We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it.

Property Service Notice

Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.


There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

- No smoking on premises.

- Quiet hours are 8pm - 8am. We cannot emphasize this enough. Please bring all conversations inside after 8pm, and if you're getting home late, please be quiet as you're entering.

- Be mindful and respectful that our neighbors are year-round residents, and we hear from them when guests are being loud. Your vacation is their full-time home.

- Guest’s or Guest's invitees, visitors, or guests use of any equipment or amenity that may be within the Accommodations or available within the Building shall be at Guest’s sole risk and Guest hereby indemnifies the property owner and agrees to hold the property owner harmless from all claims, actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any personal injury to the Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests, and Guest shall be solely responsible for any damage caused by Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests.

-To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment, we ask that the primary guest be at least 25 years old.
