Three inviting bedrooms offer comfortable places to recharge after days spent exploring Provincetown. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed with linens provided, giving your group dedicated sleeping accommodations for a maximum of 6 guests.

A sitting area features a pull-out futon for lounging, reading, or relaxing together. (Please note that the futon is not intended to accommodate additional guests and does not increase the home's maximum occupancy of 6).

Important Staircase Caution: **The staircase to the second floor is very steep, and both upstairs bedrooms open directly toward the stairs. **

The first step down is immediately outside each bedroom doorway. Handrails are provided, but guests should use particular caution when entering and exiting these rooms.

Because of this unusual staircase and bedroom-door configuration, the home is not recommended for young children.

With 3 full bathrooms, there's plenty of room for a group of six to get ready for mornings by the water, afternoons around town, or evenings enjoying Provincetown.

For longer stays and beach days, guests have access to the washer and dryer in the basement, along with beach gear for sunny days by the water.

** Please note that the small inflatable boat and other personal gear in the basement are not available for guest use. The attic is also not accessible to guests, and the kitchen supply closet remains locked for private use. **

The property also includes off-street parking for 2 cars, located next to the boat.

Please note: This listing is for the main house, but there is a separate artist casita/studio on the same property. The casita is not included with the house rental and may be occupied by another person or party during your stay. Guests of the main house retain use of the backyard.

Entry to the main house is simple with a smart lock/keypad, along with backup key access.

The West End is stunning, and this spacious and comfortable condo is a welcome refuge from a bustling, energetic time in Ptown. You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center.

Our street is a quiet one-way, and the homes are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home.

When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am.

Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.

We are a quick 17-minute walk from the Provincetown Ferry terminal.

✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮

Like many Provincetown parking spots, ours is tight and likely won’t fit large trucks or large SUVs as they may hang out the back end of the parking pad. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller.

One reasonably-sized vehicle will fit no problem. Just please make sure you're parking toward the left side of the lot nearest our building, and remember to leave room for our full-time neighbor on the far right (he has a red pickup truck) to ensure a smooth parking experience for everyone.

For additional parking, we're just a block from the Montello-Bradford Parking Lot, which has an additional fee.

The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.

Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - April 30

The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.

Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. Sometimes, we might hear footsteps outside or another dog.

Please be aware that our properties are located within natural and residential communities where wildlife and domestic animals may be present.

By staying with us, guests acknowledge that occasional encounters with animals (including but not limited to birds, insects, small wildlife, or pets owned by neighbors or other guests) may occur and are a normal part of the environment.

We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Guests are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution and supervision at all times, especially when outdoors or when children are present.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the shared natural surroundings.

Property Service Notice

Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.


There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

- No smoking on premises.

- Quiet hours are 8pm - 8am. We cannot emphasize this enough. Please bring all conversations inside after 8pm, and if you're getting home late, please be quiet as you're entering.

- Be mindful and respectful that our neighbors are year-round residents, and we hear from them when guests are being loud. Your vacation is their full-time home.

- Guest’s or Guest's invitees, visitors, or guests use of any equipment or amenity that may be within the Accommodations or available within the Building shall be at Guest’s sole risk and Guest hereby indemnifies the property owner and agrees to hold the property owner harmless from all claims, actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any personal injury to the Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests, and Guest shall be solely responsible for any damage caused by Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests.
