Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel!
Super tolles kleines Hotel an schöner Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vor dem Hotel hat es eine Bushaltestelle, der Bus ist in 5 Min. in Downtown.

Schönes neu renoviertes Beachhotel im Motelstil
Sehr schönes und neu renoviertes Hotel direkt am Strand. Nur durch eine (im Herbst) schwach befahrene Strasse vom Strand getrennt. Eher kleine aber geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Bequeme Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Zimmer vorhanden. Parkplatz und kleines Frühstück inklusive. Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal. Preis-/Leistung fast unschlagbar.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön direkt am Wasser. Der Ort ist einen Spaziergang von ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Alles ist sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Es ist allerdings sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist amerikanisch (leider mit sehr viel Einzelverpackungen und dementsprechend mit reichlich Müll verbunden). Kaffee und Tee gibt es den ganzen Tag über.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The room was impeccably clean with all the basic amenities including a continental breakfast . What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location and for such an amazing price. Being able to step out of the hotel and cross the street to find ourselves on the beach was simply incredible. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to unwind and soak in the beauty of Cape Cod. Overall, our experience at Breakwater was nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and conveniently located stay in Provincetown.

The Breakwater was $100 for the night and reviews said it was conveniently located next to the beach so we gave it a try. The stay surprised me and exceeded expectations. It seems like a locally ran and well managed property with new furniture and decor. The beach was literally across the street and gave us a beautiful view at sunset. Staff was friendly and wifi was solid. Thanks!!!

Basic, but clean and comfortable. Good bargain for the price. No microwave in room. The ice machine was not up and running, but staff on hand were still able to supply some ice and that was much appreciated.

Rooms very small nothing within walking distance. No house keeping unless you ask but no one told us that had to ask. Just wanted trash taken from our room.

This was my second time at The Breakwater and I was not disappointed! The rooms are fresh, clean and comfy. The views of the ocean are amazing made even better by the loungers outside the rooms and the chairs across the road overlooking the beach. The front desk staff is amazing. Joe is very thorough and friendly and he takes requests very seriously! Even the other people there were incredibly friendly, saying “hello,” chatting outside the rooms. The continental breakfast had some of the best muffins I’ve ever had! I would not hesitate to recommend this place. The location is divine and just a short but scenic ride to anywhere in Provincetown. I look forward to my next stay there and I just arrived home yesterday!

Overall excellent experience except when we arrived there was no one there to check us in. We had to call and then the guy called me back to tell us where our cards were. This was at 4:30 pm. But the stay was excellent.

Apparently they only do maid service every three days so we walked into a sandy floor room to begin with. There was a Keurig coffee maker but, you only get 1 regular coffee with 3 decaf and no way to get any more for the duration of your stay. The rooms and associated bathroom are made for "little people". There is no room for anything including your luggage. The heater souds like a northbound freight train. The refrigerator sounds like the southbound train. The continental breakfast is paltry at best and the coffee is horribly strong. The shower is great! More pressure than I have at home. A bit too far to walk everywhere in P-town so expect to drive and pay for parking everywhere.
