Great Condo

This is a great place to stay! You get to be near downtown but are far enough away to get some quiet. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. Will stay again!

I would give this place a solid 6. On the positive side, it was very clean. The shower head was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was walking distance to town. And if you bring bikes (we did) you can bike to everything. However. Almost none of the outlets in either of the bedrooms worked--this was especially annoying in the master bedroom where you couldn't use the bedside lamps. There were no screens in the windows. There was only one roll of toilet paper. There was a leak under the bathroom sink. And except for the kitchen, the apartment needs a serious update.

The base rate went up quite a lot with the surcharges. The screen door was ripped. We'd been told there were two bicycles included; they weren't. The TV didn't subscribe to any networks, so we had to rely on YouTube. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Both bedrooms, though, had a couple of nonfunctioning electrical outlets, so we went without bedside lights. There was a complicated checkout process involving taking the trash to the bins (what host requests that?), and it didn't say where the bins were, so we didn't. It's not the host's fault, but we had noisy upstairs neighbors, including a couple of kids who delighted in running around, with heavy feet. An iron and ironing board would have been nice. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to put a nice dinner together. The bathroom has one of those handheld shower heads that we hate. There's a fixed shower head, too, but it doesn't work. We won't be rushing back.

The property was walkable and clean. Wifi needs to be upgraded. The door lock did not work and they never fixed it. Floors need rugs. The house was very sandy. But they maybe part for the course. Rugs would have helped. The lights in room didnt work and the doors didn’t lock! Weird.
