„The location of this condo is really excellent! So close to the beach, Angel Food, the museum, and galleries. The location had a real neighborhood feel as we kept running into the same people and their pups at the beach and walking through town and everyone was so nice. The condo is well-appointed and comfy for a fun stay. No parking but Pat's Friendly Parking down the street was fantastic and it really was friendly and so close to the beach and new park. „Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate the 4th of July. The place is clean and spacious and well maintained. It’s an easy 5-10 minute walk to all the action on Commercial St. Bret was kind enough to accommodate an early check in. Would highly recommend his place. “

It is a 5 min walk from the beach which was great and a 15 minute walk from the center of town. It was clean and a great stay overall. “

„The house is charming. It was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are not updated or pretty but they are functional and serve their purpose. The furniture is older and cheaper but also in good condition and is fine for a rental home. The location on the east end of town is lovely. Walking into town starts you at the point on Commercial where it gets dense with galleries, which makes for a really nice start and end to each adventure the kitchen is well equipped for cooking at the house.
