„My bestie and i travel together a couple times a year and chose the Cape for this year's adventure. We chose this location because it was right on Cape Cod Bay, 15 mintes from Provincetown and central to many great beaches. The room was very clean with no sandy floors or musty smells. Shower sparkled, towels were clean, fluffy and absorbent and sheets were crisp and clean. Heat and A/C were needed (crazy weather) and both worked without issue. Just a lovely place that completely met our needs. ...

„My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure.“

„This is a tiny efficiency, not much extra space at all. It was just enough for my husband and I to have a getaway to the beach. The location was fantastic. Warning-bring any food you may want, there is little to no shopping nearby. Loved the beach and proximity to other spots. Highly recommend“

„Excellent Home-Away-From Home. All amenities provided. Only complaint is that the Queen Bed was very hard (making it almost impossiblt for me to sleep my first night), and there were aggressive ants all over the Kitchen Counters even though we never left any food out and were constantly cleaning the counters.
