THE LAYOUT:
KITCHEN: Walk inside and be welcomed by a bright, modern kitchen that instantly sets the tone for your stay. The oversized island doubles as a dining space with seating for four. There is a full suite of stainless steel appliances; including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking & meal prep feel effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right.
LIVING AREA: Steps away from the kitchen you’ll find a living area that blends comfort with character. Enjoy a textured wood accent wall, mounted flat screen TV, blue sofa that easily converts in a queen-size bed, and sleek coffee table creating the perfect space to relax or gather. Natural light pours in through the sliding glass doors, leading to your own private deck, this inviting space is designed for both ease and style.
SPECIAL NOTE - OUR SLEEPER SOFAS Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we’ve tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found “THE ONE.” These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night’s sleep. We invested over $15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so go ahead—test ours out… you won’t be disappointed!
SLEEPING AREA: Down the hall, this serene bedroom offers a comfortable space to unwind. It features a queen size bed, bench, white noise sound machine, and a closet for style and comfort. The work area is perfectly positioned in front of a stunning bay window, filling the space with natural light throughout the day. With a desk and chair, it's a stylish spot for catching up on emails.
BATHROOM: This stylish bathroom, located just off the bedroom, is thoughtfully designed with modern touches throughout. Including a modern vanity and mirror. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.
THE DECK: Step through the glass sliding doors in the living area and discover your own private deck—an inviting outdoor extension of the apartment. This charming space features cozy seating and a hammock chair perfect for relaxing. Surrounded by wooden fencing the gate opens up to the shared backyard, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment.
THE SHARED BACKYARD Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors.
THE BUILDING: This beautifully restored building on Dean Street in Providence features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim, reflecting the charm of its historic neighborhood while offering fully updated interiors. Located in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood, the home houses five separate short-term rental units—including this inviting first-floor apartment. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED!

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment, private deck and shared backyard space. The apartment is located on the first floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The Neighborhood: Step outside your apartment on Dean Street and discover one of Providence’s most authentic and flavorful neighborhoods. This area is known for its vibrant atmosphere and hidden gems that locals love. Steps away find yourself at Irregardless for biscuits on the weekend or dine at The Patio on Broadway and enjoy cozy outdoor seating. Getting Around: If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.
Other Things to Note: The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.
Interaction with Guests: The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use. We want you to feel completely comfortable when booking with us, so if you have any questions—before, during, or after your stay—don’t hesitate to reach out through the messaging app for a quick response.
