Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas

The resort is a luxurious timeshare resort where I’m an owner. Check in at 4:00 PM or later on Saturday, August 27, 2022 and check out by 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 3, 2022.

The resort is located in Princeville on the north shore of Kauai above a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

This listing is for a 2-bedroom lock-off that includes both a premium villa and a studio villa that are connected by doors that can either be left open for access to both units or closed for privacy. The size of both units combined is approximately 1,310 square feet. Each unit has a washing machine and clothes dryer.

The premium villa is approximately 800 square feet. The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a queen size sleeper-sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a dual sink vanity, large shower, and a separate whirlpool tub. The kitchen which is open to the dining and living areas has a refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher, cookware and dinnerware. There is also a lanai (outside sitting area).

The studio is approximately 510 square feet. It has a king size bed and a queen size sleeper-sofa. The bathroom has a shower, separate tub and single sink vanity. There is a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, cookware and dinnerware.

IMPORTANT: When you check out, you will be required to pay the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) directly to the resort. When this listing was posted, the amount of the TAT is $22.74 per night.
