In the center of the courtyard is a 16' x 40' swimming pool, patio space, lanai furniture, lounge chairs for sun bathing and a beautiful well maintained lawn. Upon entering this custom-built home, you are greeted by a magnificent views of the golf greens, magnificent Norfolk pine trees, lush landscaping and tropical fauna. A generous gathering space with a large open-concept living and kitchen area is the perfect gathering spot. Lei Aloha pool is great for early morning swims or cooling off after a long day of adventure. Like most pools in Hawaii, is heated by the warm, tropical sun. The water temperature will vary with the weather conditions. In the winter, the water will usually be in the mid-70s, and in the summer, the low to mid-80s. We find that guests coming from very cold climates find the pool enjoyable, even in the winter months.
