Nestled on 22 acres along the beautiful coastline of the North Shore, the resort abounds with tropical foliage and amazing views of the green mountains, waterfalls, tropical sunsets over Bali Hai, and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. In this spot overlooking Hanalei Bay, you'll be steps from a white-sand beach located below the resort.

Originally built as a tennis resort, the property still features some of the finest tennis facilities on the island. Enjoy access to eight tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, bell and shuttle service, beach gear rentals, a lagoon-style saltwater pool designed for family fun, and a quieter, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. Hanalei Bay Resort also boasts close proximity to many North Shore attractions, shops, and two of Kauai's best golf courses.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guest is responsible for paying front desk fees when staying at Hanalei Bay Resort ($25/day + GET and $20/day + GET for parking and a $50 one time Check in fee). This is a separate transaction between the guest and the resort and is subject to change and beyond our control.

This is a privately owned unit in a resort. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 3. There is no elevator. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Resort Amenities:
Some resort amenities may have temporary closures or modified operations as restoration work continues. Bali Hai Restaurant and Happy Talk Lounge may remain closed or operate with limited service and hours. Positive Coffee is open and ready to welcome our Owners and Guests, although hours may be limited.

Hurricane Recovery:
You may notice that some areas do not look quite as lush or vibrant as you remember, as you travel throughout the island. However, Kauaʻi is the Garden Isle for a reason – our island is remarkably resilient, and with time, the greenery and natural beauty we all cherish will grow and flourish once again.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.
