Naja: der Preis stimmt
Servicepersonal ist sehr gemüht. Das Zimmer war o.k. Aus meiner Sicht ist es immer ein schlechtes Zeichen, wenn der Zimmer-Fernseher besonders viele Kabel-Kanäle im Angebot hat: ja, es gibt einen Frühstücksraum, das Angebot ist mehr als sparsam (keine Angst: unten im Ort gibt es einen Starbucks); keines der Geräte im Fitnessraum funktioniert.

Hotel was ok. Fitness room had 3 machines, 2 of which did not work. No weights. The carpet was iffy, looked like it could use a vacuum. Breakfast was ok, not much offered. Microwave did not work, however staff let me use the one in the breakfast room. Staff was nice. Thin walls, lots of noise. Bed was comfortable.

When the toilet was flushed the water came up to the top of the rim of the toilet and took 20 minutes to drain. My credit card was compromised and used to make a $1200.00 purchase the day we checked out. There was also no breakfast that was advertised. Based on this experience we will not be staying at a Choice Hotel property and neither will our friends and family.

We had problems checking in because of computer problems. Our room smelled like a dog. The girl at the desk was helpful and tried to help with the TV. The breakfast was a poor breakfast.

we are now disputing the charges. The staff put us in a single bed room when we booked and were confirmed for a double. We asked to have it cancelled and the charges still appear on my card.

Run down
After watching us load the luggage cart with our bags, the clerk told us the elevator was out of order. Once we carried our bags all the way up to the 3rd floor, I heard and saw housekeeping using it despite it having an out of order sign on it. We came down early for the Continental breakfast only to find a poorly stocked mini refrigerator, an empty crockpot that once had gravy in it, the shelf for bagels, bread & biscuits depleted and one of the two wafflemakers in working order. We ended up eating dry cereal because the pitcher for milk was out & never replenished. On top up the elevator being out and the bad experience with breakfast there were several groups of kids that ran up and down the halls being loud and trying to get into rooms that their key didn't open. They also managed to burn something in a room microwave which had the whole 3rd floor smelling like body odor and smoke. To my knowledge none of their chaperones were approached about their behavior.

Staff friendly. Was disappointed when we went down to breakfast it was a mess with nothing left but eggs and a few pieces of bread. No coffee . I realize there was a ski club of youth, but we also paid for a room with breakfast. The condition of the area was terrible not kept clean with garbage on the service bar and tables.

Mediocre stay
The Conditioning unit was broken and no matter what I did was just pumping heat out. I finally had to unplug the unit in the middle of the night when it was about 80 in the room. Thankfully I figured out how to crack the window open. The breakfast was a mess, but I don't believe that was the staffs fault, it looked like a school group had just gone through and ransacked the place. It was too bad there was only 1 staff member trying to recover from a room full of people.

Cleanliness and size of the room was great. The tv remote didnt work well and there was alot of noise outside the room from other guests. Also, the included breakfast had very few choices and didnt appear appetizing so we ate breakfast somewhere else. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The shower was clogged and almost overflowed. The fridge made weird noise. Room very clean. Beds and pillows very comfy. Check in staff not as friendly as would expect. Morning personnel very friendly.
