The property was nice and we enjoyed the beautiful garden. The location was great too in the New Forest. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our bikes in a closed garage. The room we booked did not meet the requirements for a proper hotel room. It was too tiny and neither a chair nor a table would fit in. The bathroom was okay and we had warm water all the time. If you opened the window, there was a constant noise from a ventilation system which was installed right behind the window. We felt, the value for the money (average 100 pounds) we paid was not very good.
