Dimora Terra Barone is a holiday home in a renovated historic house dating back to the late `800. It`s in Presicce, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. It accommodates up to 11 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, iron and ironing board, jacuzzi in the courtyard, room with pool table and table tennis, washing machine, hair-dryer, tv and heating system. Pets are allowed with additional fee.

The apartment Dimora Terra Barone is a recently-renovated historic house. It`s on three floors.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with 2 sofa beds for two guests each and television, the kitchen with access to the courtyard with outdoor dining area, barbecue, inflatable jacuzzi. Moreover, on this floor there is a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (double bedroom and triple bedroom) and a bathroom with shower.
Furthermore, on the basement floor there are one double bed, pool table and table tennis and a bathroom. 
 
The surroundings of Dimora Terra Barone in Presicce
The apartment is in the old town centre of Presicce,
one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, with many underground oil
mills and characteristic streets, chosen for suggestive national
advertisements. The closest beaches are Lido Marini and Pescoluse, which are 9 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the hallway.
