Hi Mike~I'd like to thank you for the great care you took while staying at The Retreat at Thumb Butte--it was greatly appreciated! As for the HOA...honestly? I'm not sure how to respond to this, other than the HOA in the area is ok with STRs and its never been an issue. I realize a jetted tub is a nice amenity, however, ours is inoperable, only works as a regular tub, and in our VRBO site we advertise it as a "regular tub", the "jetted tub" box is left unchecked.
