**House Rules & Guest Information**

Pets: Up to 2 well-trained dogs are welcome with prior approval and fee. Dogs must be crate-trained if left alone inside, supervised outside due to partial fencing, and kept off all furniture.
Smoking: Strictly outdoor smoking only with doors and windows closed ($500 fee for indoor smoke).
Gatherings & Noise: Small pre-approved gatherings are allowed for a fee, with a 10 PM quiet hour. Parties are strictly prohibited ($500 fine for violations).
Fire Safety: The outdoor fire table is unavailable during local seasonal fire bans.
Check-In/Out Flexibility: Early check-ins and late check-outs must be requested in advance and depend on availability.
Plumbing: Flush only toilet paper, flushable wipes, and feminine hygiene products.
Wildlife: Keep all food indoors to avoid attracting local wildlife like javelinas and coyotes.
Trash & Safety: Trash is handled by our team on Tuesday mornings, and exterior security cameras are active on site.
Guest Support: Our hospitality team is on call to assist with any needs during your stay!
