„Lady at front desk was so patient and kind. Beautiful smile. I have Parkinson’s and forgot to do handicap she just smiled and said she would take care of it. The handicap bathroom was perfect for showering only suggestion is moving soaps closer to chair so we don’t have to risk standing up and falling. I looked around might be trying but the middle is better and easy for both. Ty tru for making our stop enjoyable.“

„Terrible breakfast.“

„I was disappointed to find out there was no jacuzzi! I’ve stayed here a few times just because they had a jacuzzi! I was so disappointed! Overall the night & day shift was VERY PROFESSIONAL HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! Will I come back YES! And will still be sad No Jacuzzi!“

„Netter Empfang, schneller Check in und schönes großes Zimmer. Der Fitnessraum war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es im Hotel sehr gut gefallen.“

„I think the house keeping could have been better as far as trash removal from the room. The bathroom door had to be closed hard in order to lock it. The staff was amazing. Excellent customer service.“

„Sehr nettes Personal beim Empfang. Ich hatte ein sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist eher bescheiden.“

„Enjoyable weekend away for a golf trip...everything was excellent“

„I can’t explain in my words how people can go have a rest here. This place was the worst nightmare for me as soon as I entered the room all the bugs and insects were on the wall , curtain, and bed. Bedsheets all dusty, my god can’t imagine so I had to get back from there and I rather feel okay to sleep inside my own car. I understand the budget is friendly, but it doesn’t mean there should be a lack of cleanliness . For me, the worst experience to be honest.“

„Nach der Nacht bin ich übersät mit Bettwanzenbissen am ganzen Körper. Das Badezimmer zum Duschen war nicht zu benutzen.(Schimmel) Lichtschalter zum Badezimmer ist abgebrochen. Better haben laut geknarrt, die Klima war auch extrem laut. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte und es hat einen Picknickbereich mit Grill. Das war 👍“

„Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.“

„Shower had mold and the bathroom floor was crazy sticky. The bed was clean and we sleep well, but I would not stay again.“
