„The place is across from the SMU football stadium and a short walk to most of the campus. On a busy road (Mockingbird), the house had everything we needed - lots of room, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, etc. All as the online listing states. „We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again. “
