„Very good managed Hotel. Clean and nice, well maintained Hotel. Rooms with Kitchen big and good equipped. When we arrived the Expedia booking was not correctly transferred (problem by Expedia) but the Manager solved the problem quickly and positively for us. We got upgraded. We felt us welcomed.“

„Das Personal freundlich und nett.Zimmer ausreichend sauber.“

„My room this time was great. No complaints other than that it was a bit cool, and I could not figure out where the thermostat was. Outside of the room, it's a complaint I've always had that the steps on the second level between the tiers of it (it's not all one level, and there are three steps between them) are non-standard (too tall), and if you're not paying attention, you might have a bad time. Ramps would have been better.“

„Tolles Hotel - sehr freundlicher Empfang (leckere Cookies), große, saubere und top-gepflegte Zimmer. Leckeres, warmes Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen.“

„Typical Alaska/North Canada lodging. Nothing special“

„Staff was super friendly“

„We always stay here when going to fort Saint John. The staff is super friendly and helpful, room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is good and having Denny’s attached to he building is nice for dinners.“

„Breakfast could change up a little Same sausage and eggs evertime o go there“

„Gut gelegenes Hotel und sehr ruhig. Personal wahr sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich.“

„Overall it was a decent stay, in the end when trying to check-out, I waited a good 10min. waiting for an agent to check me out. I needed to get back on the road again, and could not wait any longer. Unfortunately I called and called out for someone to hear, but nothing, so I left my keycards behind the counter. Very disappointed, I see the cameras facing clientele and either did not see me or was not there at all, there was not a sound coming from the closed door behind the counter either.“
