Resort Fees (Required)

A mandatory resort fee applies per person, per night for guests age 6+:

Jan 01 – May 12: $36/person/night

May 13 – Sep 30: $68/person/night

Oct 01 – Dec 31: $40/person/night

Children 5 and under are exempt



Brasada members are exempt

Fees are collected separately prior to your stay

Please review the Resort Fees prior to booking!! They do add up and we don't want anyone to be surprised by these!

4 guests x 2 nights x $36 = $288

Blackout Dates (no fees / limited access):

July 4–6 & Aug 30-31 (subject to change)



Other Things to Note

Brasada STR registration form required after booking

$100 fee for reservations made within 48 hours of arrival

$100 fee for changes to submitted resort forms

Resort fee payment due within 7 days of booking

Maximum of 10 guests allowed for resort access at one time

No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles permitted

Access to the smaller Cascade Pool is not included
